Child Care Plan
Even before the tooth fairy’s first
visit, it’s vital to get the children off to a great
start towards a beautiful and healthy smile for life. We
offer a unique tailor-made child care plan to see the children
through their dental requirements from 2 to 18 years of
age.
Including 3 annual fun visits for the
tiny tots through to hygienist appointments for the teenagers,
this plan adapts to suit the growing child. With Dental
Trauma Insurance included in the monthly direct debit, it
will also see the youngsters through their years of learning
to climb, ride bikes, skate-board or play hockey and rugby!

Terms & Conditions
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel
appointments for both dental and complementary treatments.
Please note that if a hygienist appointment is to be cancelled,
at least 48 hours notice is required. Appointments cancelled
with less than 24 or 48 hours notice or missed appointments
will incur a charge as follows:

This charge is based on the length
of appointment missed/cancelled and applies to all patients
including children. Should you incur a charge, this will
need to be paid in full prior to any further appointments
being made.
Occasionally we may need to alter your appointment.
We will aim to give you as much notice as possible, however
we would not be liable for any consequential loss caused
by changing your appointment.
New patients will be required to leave a holding
deposit when booking their first appointment.
During a course of treatment patients will
be required to pay a deposit at each appointment towards
the cost of treatment. Patients having treatment involving
laboratory costs will be required to pay half the cost of
the treatment at the preparation appointment. All accounts
must be settled by the final appointment.
