I have been interested in health and well-being since an early age,
working with complimentary therapies for nearly 20 years with qualifications from the British School of Reflexology, The
Institute of Traditional Herbal medicine and Aromatherapy, Rejuvanessence.
Through these skills I have a holistic approach to encourage balance
and relaxation, allowing space for well-being.
I am concerned with alignment of the body through posture, how we hold
ourselves and where we have tension.
Working with the feet a more comprehensive understanding builds, in
particular organs that may be either sluggish or having to work too
hard also our emotional states are indicated.
Finally to complete any treatment I can work with the facial muscles
and fine lines to smooth out the stresses of the day.
At the first consultation I will take a comprehensive background of
your health and history to date to work with your concerns as the
treatments progress.
I feel it is best to say this is an on going process of trust and
communication allowing you to get the most from your appointments.
The sessions can at times appear subtle but I believe through
relaxation and letting go, the body and mind have time to regenerate.
Reflexology
To work the reflex points on the foot encompassing the whole body.

Recommended for asthma, sinus problems and hormonal imbalance.
Aromatherapy
Deep body massage with essential oils specially chosen for the
treatment.

Recommended for digestive complaints, backache tightness around
shoulders and neck
Rejuvanessence
The head encompasses the mind and therefore can feel at times the most
important or hard working, again by encouraging deep relaxation through
a delicate touch to the whole face our complexion looks more youthful
and vibrant
.
As the saying goes “our eyes are the windows to the soul”, I feel our
faces too, they are a reflection of our internal selves; we can bring
about harmony by this gentle process and at the same time look great.
