Deborah Flack has a BSc (hons) degree in McTimoney Chiropractic and is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association. She has worked in complimentary therapies for over 10 years and worked as a massage therapist in the South of France before returning to the UK to complete her chiropractic studies. She has ITEC diplomas in Swedish massage and anatomy and physiology. She also works at Bodyworks Chiropractic Clinic in Wakes Colne.
Continuing her practice development Deborah has completed many hours of postgraduate training that have included a variety of approaches to chiropractic care and soft tissue techniques, thus allowing alternative options as part of the treatment plan, and thereby tailoring the treatment for the individual. She encourages gentle stretching techniques and addresses lifestyle issues that may be exacerbating or prove the root cause of a patient’s symptoms, as the ultimate aim of treatment must be to prevent pain and disability from reoccurring.
McTimoney chiropractic is a gentle treatment that makes it particular suitable for people of all ages and is appropriate for treating back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, whiplash injury, discomfort and stiffness in joints, migraine/tension headaches, muscular aches and pains and sports injuries.
